My research focuses on leadership, diversity, and human resource management. My PhD project examines the causes and consequences of top management team (TMT) gender diversity. I explored how the gender composition of TMTs can be a response to learning and how TMT gender diversity is related to policy equality.
 
My current research investigates the antecedents and consequences of employer images in job Ads. This collaborative project, led by Pia Ingold and Isabelle Augenstein, takes a multidisciplinary approach and uses experimental techniques along with Natural Language Processing (NLP) on two representative big data sets. We aim to generate insights that have direct relevance and applicability to recruitment practices.
 
I am also a member of the Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Leadership, and a teacher at the Sino-Danish Center.
